The popular restaurant "Sarabeth's", which originated in New York, will open the "Sarabeth's store" on the 4th floor of Atre Shinagawa, a commercial facility directly connected to JR Shinagawa Station, on July 11.


The Sarabeth's Shinagawa store, which will open as the third store in Japan, is an image of a "modern restaurant in New York" where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, alcohol, and dinner all day long.

From 9am to 11am, you can enjoy Sarabeth's classic breakfast menu. At lunchtime (11: 00-17: 30), burgers, sandwiches, pasta and salads are served in addition to the breakfast menu.

At dinner time (18: 00 ~), there is a lineup of alcoholic beverages such as wine and cocktails and eight "NY style" snacks. In addition, 9 appetizers, 7 entrées, and 6 side dishes with the theme of "Modern New York Bistro" will be prepared in the dining room, for a total of 22 dishes.

In addition to fruit spreads that have spread the name of Sarabeth to the world, various bakery items such as muffins, scones, biscuits, and cookies that are baked in the store will be sold at the store.


The store is located on the 4th floor of Atre Shinagawa, 2-18-1 Konan, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 9:00 to 24:00.
