At each Chateraise store, two types of sweets using jersey milk from the Yatsugatake contract ranch, "Jersey Milk's Finest Pudding" and "Jersey Milk's Milk Souffle Cheesecake," will be released on April 25th. Both are for a limited time until May 6th.


"Jersey milk finest pudding" is a pudding that uses jersey milk and "freshly squeezed eggs". It is topped with cream that is a combination of fresh cream and jersey milk. It seems to be finished with a smooth taste with plenty of milk. The price is 237 yen.

On the other hand, "Jersey Milk Souffle Cheesecake" is a cake made by putting cream using jersey milk on souffle cheese with plenty of jersey milk. You can enjoy the fluffy texture and rich milk scent. The price is 302 yen.
