"Low allergen cake" is a Christmas cake that even people who are allergic to eggs, wheat, and dairy products can eat. "Xmas fresh cream strawberry decoration" and "Xmas chocolate fresh cream strawberry decoration" that do not use eggs and flour are decorated with fresh cream by sandwiching rice flour sponge with pear syrup and strawberry compote. "Xmas strawberry decoration", which does not use milk, eggs or flour, uses soy milk cream instead of fresh cream.

"Low-carb cake" is a "Xmas cream decoration" cake from the "Easy sugar life" series that suppresses sugar and calories. The calorie per unit is 1,380 kcal, and the sugar in one cut (divided into 5 equal parts) is 5.5 g.
