Apricot kernel !? The watermelon sorbet is a watermelon-flavored sorbet coated with an apricot kernel-flavored sauce that melts in your mouth. The shape is also inspired by watermelon, and chocolate with puffs that imitate seeds is studded. As a product for spring, it seems to be finished with a gentle texture.
