This is Tyrolean chocolate made from Kishu Nanko plums in a juicy sauce and fresh jelly, and combined with sour ripe plum chocolate. Ecuadorian cocoa mass is partly used in the bitter chocolate that enhances the taste. It seems that you can enjoy the refreshing sweet and sour taste.
