A lineup of photogenic cakes!
At each Cafe Comsa store, the annual collection "Citrus COLLECTION" is being held from March 9th. A lineup of cakes using popular varieties such as "Horekko" and "Setoka" from Ehime prefecture.
"Navel orange and chocolate cake" is a cake with a beautiful cut cross section that combines navel with a good balance of sweetness and acidity with chocolate and plain sponge. Homemade jam and chocolate cream are sandwiched. Deployed from March 9th.
"Ehime Prefecture Citrus" Horekko "and Ginger Honey Mousse Cake" is a cake that combines Horekko, which is characterized by its thick and gentle sweet juice, with citrus-friendly gincher honey mousse. It is based on mango fromage. Scheduled to be deployed from March 16th.
"Setoka from Ehime Prefecture, Earl Gray and chocolate mousse cake" is a cake made from setoka, which is characterized by its high sugar content, moderate acidity, and rich, juicy flesh. You can enjoy it with two layers of mousse, Earl Gray and chocolate, which have a faint scent. Scheduled to be deployed from March 23.
