This is a hamburger with egg yolk, onion, mayonnaise, sakura shrimp tartar sauce and shrimp patties sandwiched between cherry-colored buns containing cherry blossom extract. You can feel spring both in appearance and taste.
For the shrimp patty, we use whiteleg shrimp, which is characterized by its crispy texture. It is said that it has a crispy texture with roughly 12 mm of coarsely ground bread crumbs.
