has developed a variety of local burgers for local consumption and regional revitalization. The "LO Local Burger" is sold exclusively at Lotteria stores and has been a great success.

This time, a new product is being introduced using Nanko-ume plums from "Kishu Honjo Umeyoshi," which has been engaged in ume production for about 100 years in Minabe-cho, Hidaka-gun, Wakayama Prefecture, famous as the production center of Nanko-ume, the top brand of ume. This "LO local burger" is officially approved by the "Kishu Ume Burger Development Study Group" of Wakayama Prefecture.


The Kishu

Nanko-ume Shrimp Burger

is topped with a whole Kishu Nanko-ume honey plum, which is characterized by its large size, thin skin, and soft flesh, coarsely beaten in the store. The burger is sandwiched between a plump bun with a plump shrimp patty, Lotteria's original special tartar sauce, special teriyaki sauce, and lettuce. Priced at 550 yen (10% tax included).

Kishu Nanko Ume Plum Shrimp Gohan Burger

A plump shrimp patty, special tartar sauce, special teriyaki sauce, and lettuce, topped with one Kishu Nanko Ume honey plum, coarsely beaten in the store. It is sandwiched between rice buns made from 100% Japanese Koshihikari rice and crispy grilled nori seaweed. The price is 650 yen (10% tax included).
