For a limited time, "Azuki and Shiratama Uji Matcha Pancakes with Condensed Milk" will be available at the Brothers Cafe from November 15th. The price is 1,280 yen.
This is a Japanese-style pancake with a bittersweet and rich matcha cream sandwiched in a dough kneaded with Uji matcha. You can enjoy the two textures of fluffy dough and chewy white balls. If you sprinkle the attached condensed milk, it will have a mellow taste like matcha latte.
