"Rice is Susumu Tom Yum Kung Kimchi"
From the kimchi "Rice is Susumu" series, a new product "Rice is Susumu Tom Yum Kung Kimchi" will be released on May 23rd. The price is open.
This is a collaboration between the popular Thai food "Tom Yum Kung" and kimchi. Bamboo shoots, which are a standard ingredient of Tom Yum Kung, are used. With a moderate coriander flavor and the umami of shrimp and fish sauce, it is finished in an ethnic kimchi that suits Japanese people.
