"Amaou Strawberry Sandwich" is a "sweets sandwich" made by sandwiching Amaou strawberry, whipped cream, and custard cream from Fukuoka prefecture with bread containing rice flour from Niigata prefecture. It is said that each meal contains 3.5 grains of strawberry.
The whipped cream and custard cream are finished with a modest sweetness, which enhances the taste of fresh strawberries.
