Kappa Sushi "Kappa's Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe Festival" and "Kappa's Summer Gochimeta!

Kappa Sushi restaurants will simultaneously hold "Kappa's Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe Festival" and "Kappa's Summer Gochimeta! will be held at the same time from July 12 until August 1.

Roe Festival

One of Kappa Sushi's popular fairs. In addition to the "ikura-wrapped salmon roe" and "urchin-wrapped sea urchin", which are sold at 110 yen each (tax included, same below), there will also be a lineup of products such as "Luxurious three-tier sea urchin, salmon roe, and negitoro wrapping" and "Sea urchin and salmon roe combined in a gunkan" to enjoy the "luxury ingredients" of sea urchin and salmon roe in a casual manner.

A dish in which the rich sweetness of sea urchin is wrapped in crispy nori seaweed. The price is 110 yen per piece.

A luxurious three-tier wrapping of rice topped with tobitaku (a mixture of takuan and tobiko), negitoro, sea urchin, and salmon roe. A single piece is priced at 363 yen.

Open Fire Seared Large Beef Kalbi with Sea Urchin on Top

The rich flavor of the sea urchin goes well with the richness and flavor of the fat from the seared beef ribs. Consistently priced at 363 yen.

Kappa's summer delicacy!

This fair features "eel," the taste of summer, "seared barracuda" with its elegant flavor, and "Japanese cuttlefish" with its crunchy texture and sweetness. The "Tororo Wrapped Seared Eel", "Mayo Seared Eel Wrapped in Mayo", "Seared Pike Wrapped in Mayo", "Marlin Gunkan", and "Petit Petit Tobitaku Wrapped in Tobitaku" will be available for 110 yen.
