Ministop will sell "Taiwanese Fried Chicken", a Ministop-style reproduction of the popular Taiwanese night market fried chicken called "Zazi Pai". It has an authentic taste with a deep spice aroma and a gentle sweetness.

Taiwan Fried Chicken" is a hot snack product that recreates the popular Taiwanese night market fried chicken, "za zi pai", in the Ministop style. When it was launched in July last year, approximately 800,000 servings were sold in three months, making it a very popular product.

The product is thin and large, made from chicken meat, and contains eight spices including octagon, cinnamon, and cumin. The product is said to have an authentic taste with a deep spice aroma and a gentle sweetness.


The "Taiwanese Fried Chicken" will be available at Mini Stop stores in Japan from September 23. The price is 228.96 yen (tax included). The energy content is 362 kcal.

The price is based on the reduced tax rate of 8%, which is applicable to take-out. The standard tax rate of 10% applies when eating and drinking at the eat-in space.
