Souffle Waffle (Tsubu-An & Whip)" is an evolutionary sweet with anko (sweet bean paste) that resembles fluffy "Western-style dorayaki" sandwiched between "souffle waffle batter" and the classic combination of tsubu-an (sweet bean paste) and whipped cream. The combination of the soufflé waffle batter, which has both a fluffy "soufflé" texture and a "waffle" aroma, the fluffy tsubuan (sweet bean paste), and whipped cream blended with condensed milk creates a gentle sweet harmony.

The tsubuan (sweet bean paste) made from Hokkaido azuki beans (52% of the azuki beans are from Hokkaido) has a slightly salty flavor that brings out the sweetness and enhances the milkiness and richness of the whipped cream (with condensed milk). The softly baked and light texture of the soufflé waffle is in perfect harmony with the tsubuan (sweet bean paste) and whipped cream.
