Ministop "Temaki Onigiri Noori Bento Style

A new flavor, "Temaki Onigiri Noriben-style," will be available from April 19 in Ministop's "Usual Onigiri" series. The price is 108 yen per piece (tax included).

Hand-rolled Onigiri Noriben-style

Noriben, a staple of bento, has been rearranged into a hand-rolled rice ball. The volume of the ingredients and the satisfying texture are emphasized in this dish. It contains fried takewheel (chikuwa) seasoned with bonito and bonito stock in a soy sauce sauce, and kinpira gobo (burdock root).

The rice is seasoned with sprinkled salt, which is said to be a perfect match for the ingredients. The hand-rolled rice ball, Noriben-style, will be available at 1,931 Ministop stores in Japan.
