The new rice ball "Hand-rolled Hokkaido cod roe" using Hokkaido cod roe at Ministop will be on sale for two weeks from August 18th. The selling price is 100 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below). Even within the period, it will end as soon as the planned quantity runs out.

A new menu of the "Usual Onigiri" series, which is made as a "valuable rice ball" at a price of 100 yen. Raw cod roe from Hokkaido is soaked in a sauce using Hidaka kelp soy sauce, and only the surface of the cod roe is roasted. The fragrance of the roasted surface and the moist harmony of the half-life inside are tailored to go well with white rice.

Umami algae salt made from seawater in Goto-nada, Nagasaki Prefecture is used as a sprinkle salt to slowly bring out the original sweetness of rice. The crispy and fragrant grilled seaweed from the Ariake Sea is also used, and you can enjoy the umami that spreads in your mouth and the sensation of softening.
