The parfait is made with seasonal fruits such as strawberries cut into flower or heart shapes, mangoes shaped like flower petals, and citrus fruits, and is created in the motif of a bouquet or flower arrangement by craftsmen at each Takano Fruit Parlor. The menu is offered separately at the Shinjuku Main Store, Shinjuku Takashimaya Store (*Taka is a separate word), Ikebukuro Tobu Store, Keikyu Kami-Ooka Store, JR Nagoya Takashimaya Store (*Taka is a separate word), Yokohama Takashimaya Store (*Taka is a separate word), Kawagoe Maruhiro Store, and Parfelio Main Store.
