Fauchon Chocolat Ganache Ceylon Tea Liqueur

This product was jointly developed by Seijo Ishii and FAUCHON. The ganache is made with 35% cacao couverture cocoa from CEMORE (a historic French manufacturer that mainly handles chocolate ingredients) and fresh cream made from Hokkaido raw milk, and is combined with FAUCHON's Ceylon tea liqueur. Earl Grey tea extract powder is also used.


The package has a fashionable design with a black base and a hint of pink. Each box contains five pieces and is priced at 971 yen (tax included).


The chocolate is a colon-like sphere. The outside is smooth enough, but the ganache inside is exceptional. The ganache inside is exceptional, melting gently and spreading a deep richness and sweetness.


The aroma of black tea is a delightful aroma that softly wafts through the nose. You can enjoy the exquisite collaboration of chocolate and black tea. There is no alcohol that makes your mouth hot, but the slight alcohol flavor gives it a deep taste.
