DEAN & DELUCA will be offering a new monthly treat, the Butter Sandwich of the Month. A limited number of these products will be available at market stores and the official online store from January 21. A total of four pieces will be sold at a price of 2,700 yen (tax included).

Butter sandwich of the month, a once-a-month treat

This month's Butter Sandwich of the Month comes in three standard flavors (Rum Raisin, Matcha Cassis, and Cheese Raspberry) and one monthly flavor (Chocolate), with the addition of a seasonal flavor for Valentine's Day in January.

In January, "Chocolate" is added as a seasonal flavor suitable for Valentine's Day. All of the cookies are crispy and savory, with a light butter cream that melts in your mouth. The freshness of the ingredients, the juicy taste, and the delicate combination of flavors and textures are all carefully prepared.

The chocolate is a chocolate cream with the scent of Amazonian cocoa, raspberry and banana jam. The slightly bitter chocolate cream, the sourness of the raspberries, and the mellowness of the bananas all complement each other well.
