This rich pudding is made with 70% Maya Mountain and Belize from Dandelion Chocolate, a craft chocolate brand in Kuramae, Tokyo. The pudding is characterized by a melt-in-your-mouth texture with a hint of fruity acidity derived from cacao beans.

DEAN & DELUCA Chocolate Babka will be on sale from February 10 to 14. The selling price is 1,404 yen.

A ganache with spices such as cinnamon and ginger is rolled in a pan cake dough containing milk, butter, and egg yolk, and baked. Cacao nibs accent the texture.

These Valentine's Day motif sweets feature a colorful appearance with cream and toppings. The cupcakes will be delivered from "LOLA'S CUPCAKES", a cupcake specialty store in Jingumae, Tokyo, which originated in London and specializes in ingredients such as flour from France and chocolate from Belgium.

The "DEAN & DELUCA Caramel and Cream Cheese Queenie Aman" will be available from February 18 to 20. The selling price is 410 yen.

This Queenie Aman has caramel cream, strawberries, and cream cheese in the center. There is also a lot of caramel on the surface that is coated.
