As the name suggests, "Kimi to Whip" is a pure castella specialty store that specializes in you (egg yolk) and whip (meringue). Since 2021, it has opened one after another in Saitama Prefecture, Kanto and Shikoku, and the 10th Kumamoto store is the first store in Kyushu.

The fluffy castella dough is fluffy and has a smooth texture that melts in your mouth the moment you put it in your mouth. It is a perfect item for the needs of "petit luxury at home time". A discerning package design that is also appreciated as a souvenir.


First of all, it is recommended to eat it as it is and enjoy the original taste. Warm for about 30 seconds without wrapping for a fluffy texture, slice and warm for 1-2 minutes with a toaster for a "crispy" texture.
