Ingredients (for about 15 to 20 cookies)

100 g flour
2 tea leaves (2 tea bags)
50 g butter
30 g sugar

Method

Melt butter softly at room temperature and mix lightly with a whisk.


Add sugar and mix well. When the mixture is uniform, add the flour and tea leaves and mix with a spatula to blend.




When it comes together, roll it out into a stick, wrap it in plastic wrap and shape it into a ball.
