Asahi Sake Brewery's "Kubota" brand will release the first new sparkling product "Kubota Sparkling" on April 19th. It contains 500 ml, and the estimated price is 1,320 yen (tax included). The Asahi Sake Brewery Online Shop will start accepting reservations from 16:00 on April 2nd.
"Kubota Sparkling" is a sparkling rice wine made from rice. You can enjoy a light refreshing feeling with fine foam and a refreshing scent like Muscat. In order to bring out the taste of the base pure rice sake, the alcohol content is 12 degrees, which is about the same as general sparkling wine. While tasting sweet and sour, the crisp and sharp acidity unique to Kubota makes the mouth feel refreshed.
Suitable dishes include bruschetta, prosciutto and cheese, and ajillo. You can also enjoy arrangements such as "Kubota Berry Berry Sparkling", which is made by putting frozen mixed berries in a glass and pouring "Kubota Sparkling", and "Kubota Orange Sparkling", which is a combination of orange carbonated drink and "Kubota Sparkling".
The bottle has a slender and stylish design. The label based on champagne gold expresses gorgeousness, and the handwritten logo creates a casual feeling and the expression of subtle bubbles creates a comfortable playing feeling.
