The "More Scandinavian Food Fair" will be held from March 11th to May 16th at IKEA stores nationwide. This is the first time a Scandinavian food fair has been held at IKEA Japan.

・ Sukogen and mashed potato salad A traditional Scandinavian dish of shrimp with dill mayonnaise on mashed potatoes. The price is 399 yen.
・ Fisxoppa (Swedish fish soup) Swedish-style fish soup made by carefully simmering Alaska pollack certified by MSC. The price is 399 yen.
・ Plant-based kebab pizza A pizza with kebab that Swedes love. Plant-based kebabs are made from plant-derived ingredients such as soybeans and onions and have a refreshing taste. The price is 199 yen (1/4 cut).
Helen's Carrot Cake A carrot cake based on the recipe of Helen von Rice, CEO and CSO of IKEA Japan from Sweden. The price is 399 yen.
・ Semla Traditional sweets that everyone eats in Sweden this season. Bread and cream kneaded with cardamom go great together. The price is 299 yen.

・ Plant-based kebab dog A spicy dog with a plant-based kebab on a chewy naan. Plant-based kebabs are made from plant-derived ingredients such as soybeans and onions. The price is 290 yen.

・ Tsunbroad Jansson's Temptation Tsunbroad where you can enjoy Scandinavian ingredients by wrapping Jansson's temptation with shrimp dill mayonnaise and sausage. The price is 400 yen.
