"Aisu Manju Royal Milk Tea" is an ice bar with plenty of azuki beans in an elegant milk tea ice cream. The tea leaves are made from Sri Lankan Uva tea, which goes well with milk. By combining it with mellow ice cream that uses plenty of condensed milk, the deliciousness of "Royal Milk Tea" is expressed, in which the deep richness of milk and the mellow aroma of tea leaves melt together.
Ice cream of ice cream has a rich taste using condensed milk, so it needs the original flavor of tea leaves that is comparable to that. However, if too much tea leaves are added, a unique astringency will appear, so we searched for tea leaves that give the appropriate amount of black tea flavor and aroma, and Sri Lankan Uva tea was selected.
