"HANA BAR" is about a 2-minute walk from Exit C2 of Ikebukuro Station. It is a cafe & bar where you can enjoy a menu using "edible flowers" in a romantic space surrounded by dried flowers.
At bar time, we offer craft beer, red wine, original cocktails using flowers, etc., and at lunch time, we offer a set of yellow curry and taco rice with edible flowers and anchan tea (butterfly pea). This time I visited at lunch time.
The interior of the store, decorated with various dried flowers, is a fairy tale space that looks like a witch's hideout. The store is rather small and has 14 seats. Since there are up to 4 table seats, we recommend a small number of people when visiting the store.

I ordered "taco rice" from the lunch menu and "anchanti" for soft drinks. The price is 950 yen for food and 550 yen for drinks (300 yen off for anchan tea as a set).
Taco rice is a menu that combines spices and stir-fried meat, refreshing tomatoes and avocado, and crispy onions. It is topped with a soft-boiled egg.
The cute taco rice, which is studded with beautiful petals, is full of fresh vegetables. The spice flavor and the mellow soft-boiled egg taste go well together! The volume is also moderate, and it is a dish that women are happy with.
Anchan tea is a blue tea extracted from blue flowers. It has no peculiar taste and aroma, is effective for anti-aging, is especially good for skin and hair, and has an immediate effect on eyestrain. * Please refrain from pregnant women as it has a uterine contraction effect.
When you pour lemon juice into a light blue drink, it turns into beautiful purple! It has almost no flavor, so you can add rosehip vinegar to accent it if you like. A cute drink where you can enjoy color changes and gradations.
■ Original flower cocktails
We also recommend a flower cocktail topped with edible flowers! Lunchtime limited "Last Rose" is a cup where you can enjoy the refreshing carbonic acid and the elegant scent of roses. It seems to have a relaxing effect and a beautiful skin effect. The price is 900 yen per cup. Can be changed to non-alcoholic.
When you take a sip, the rich scent of roses and the slight sweetness will pass through your nose. You can also eat the petals, but there may be some harshness left. It looks cute and is a cup that seems to be beautiful from the inside of the body (?).
