I tried Lawson's limited dessert "Sakubata Crispy Butter Sandbury Cheese". It is a dish that adds the sweet and sour taste of cranberries to the flavor of crispy cookies and butter cream.

What is sandwiched inside is cheese butter cream with strawberry pieces and cranberries. Every time you chew the dry cranberries in between the creams, the concentrated sweet and sour flavor spills over into your mouth.

It has a lot of cranberries

The cream itself is rich but not very addictive. I use cream cheese as one of the main ingredients, but I don't feel the acidity or the aroma of cheese, and it has a slightly sinful taste, like touching a well-chilled chunk of unsalted butter with my tongue.
