This year's KALDI is also a "moheji-wa discerning bag"! The theme of the seasoning is "sa-shi-su-se-so"

At each KALDI Coffee Farm store, "Moheji Japanese Specialty Bags" will be on sale in limited quantities from May 1st. The price is 1,500 yen (tax included).

A set of "original clam bag" and discerning products made under the theme of Japanese basic seasoning "sa-shi-su-se-so". The bag is also designed with the image of basic seasonings.


"Sa (sugar)" is a "brown sugar kinako twist" that uses 100% Hokkaido soybeans and Okinawa prefecture brown sugar. It is fragrantly finished with deep roasted soybean flour.

"Shi (salt)" is a bag-only product "Moheji no Shiodare Senbei". A lightly baked rice cracker with a "salt sauce" flavor that brings out the scent of sesame and garlic, a popular seasoning for moheji.

"Su (vinegar)" is a "peach vinegar candy for drinking" that uses the popular Moheji drink "peach vinegar for drinking". You can enjoy the rich peach scent and sweet and sour taste.

"Se (soy sauce)" is "Hidaka kelp soy sauce". Carefully made soy sauce and Hokkaido kelp soup stock are blended in an exquisite balance.

"So (miso)" is "moromi miso". It is said that the taste is brought out by slowly aging barley jiuqu and soybeans.
