"Raw pudding" using gelatin

It is a recipe of "raw pudding" that can be made just by cooling without steaming.

Material ( For 4-5 people )
egg yolk 2 pieces (L ball)
milk 600ml (20.29us fl oz)
sugar 2 tablespoons
gelatin 1 bag (5g)
Vanilla extract Appropriate amount

Even when the seasons change or you feel sick and have no appetite, you can eat pudding. It's smooth and fluffy and sweet. I love You.

It seems to be troublesome to make it yourself, but if you use "gelatin", you can easily make "raw pudding" without steaming!

2 egg yolks (L ball)
Milk 600g (21.16oz)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 bag of gelatin (5g (0.18oz))
Vanilla extract appropriate amount

This is a slightly sweet recipe. Also, prepare 5 to 6 containers that will be pudding cups.

● How to make

Put milk and sugar in a pan and stir with a whisk. Put egg yolks in here, mix well, put on heat and turn off the heat just before boiling.


Add gelatin to the pan and mix well to dissolve.


Sprinkle with vanilla essence and pour into a container while rubbing with a tea strainer. Cool it in the refrigerator and harden it to complete!
