Gentle sweetness using "Amendoro"
I have been drinking Ueshima Coffee's limited-time menu "Purple potato milk coffee". A pleasant cup of coffee with cream and a purple decoration with a gentle sweetness.
Purple potato milk coffee contains "Amendoro", a syrup made by boiling purple potatoes from Kagoshima prefecture. You can choose hot or ice cream, but this time I ordered hot M size (600 yen, tax included).
Café au lait, which is a combination of coffee, extract and milk, is poured into a large coffee cup, and a lump of cream with a considerable volume is placed on it to decorate it so that it looks like purple taro.
Soft mouthfeel with cream and milk
The purple-decorated coffee seems strange, but when you drink it, it has a very soft and gentle taste. The sweetness is not too strong, and the bitterness and astringency are considerably soft. The cream on the top is soft and not heavy. Even people who find it difficult to drink coffee if it is too strong can enjoy it without much resistance.
By the way, although it has the name purple potato, I didn't feel the scent of sweet potatoes. It's best to enjoy the vividness of the appearance and the soft sweetness of the candy as a cup of love.
