I have been drinking "Coconut Milk Coffee" from Ueshima Coffee Ten. A cold cafe au lait with roasted coconut slices and fluffy sweet whipped cream.
The price is 520 yen (excluding tax) for M size. Like Ueshima Coffee's iced coffee, it is filled with squeezed ice in a metal mug, poured with drip coffee with a strong milk flavor, and sweetened firmly. Furthermore, this time, it is also characterized by adding a tropical scent with coconut powder from the Philippines.
The topping whipped cream has a soft and plump texture. The coconut slices are well roasted, and when chewed they have a pleasant texture and crumble in the mouth.
At Ueshima Coffee's iced coffee, I'm looking forward to melting the whipped cream on it and drinking it, but for coconut milk coffee, scoop the whipped cream with coconut slices little by little with a spoon and enjoy the texture. It is recommended to drink it separately.
