"Black Angus Beef Roast Beef Burger" will be on sale at each Lotteria store for 8 days from November 22nd to 29th (excluding some stores). The price is 1,500 yen (tax included).
An annual "reward burger" for "Good Meat Day" on November 29th. For roast beef, we use the soft core part of the shoulder loin of American Black Angus beef, which has a good balance of lean and fat. The surface is quickly baked on an iron plate to make it juicy.
The sauce is an original onion sauce with a black pepper to tighten the taste. Based on onions from Hokkaido, soy sauce and ginger are combined.
