NITORI "Dashimaki Tamago in the microwave" is very convenient! Just heat it for about 1 minute to make a juicy omelet.

Dashi-rolled egg made in the microwave

I would like to introduce the kitchen goods "Dashimaki Tamago in the microwave" that I found in NITORI because it was extremely convenient for 299 yen (tax included). I would like to recommend it to all modern people who are busy every day, not to mention those who are not good at making it by themselves!

Eggs rolled in the microwave

◆ How to use

A vertically long container with a handle and a push-type lid are included in the set. The size is width 12.3 x depth 9.7 x height 13.5 cm.

The right is the main body, and the left is the push-type lid that overlaps.

First, add 1 tablespoon (15cc) of water and 1 egg to the main body and stir well.

Add water

Insert the egg

Mix well

Heat in the microwave as it is without the lid. About 30 seconds at 600W.

Heat at 600W for about 30 seconds

Remove from the microwave, add 1/3 teaspoon (about 1g (0.04oz)) of dashi stock and stir. After all, do not cover it, and put it in the 600W microwave oven again for about 40 seconds. This completes the heating process!

Add the soup stock, mix and heat again.

After taking it out of the microwave, it's finally time for the push-type lid. Gently press the lid against the egg, snap it into place with a flap, and leave it for 1 minute. Immediately after heating, the point is to push the lid in while the egg is inflating.

For eggs that have been fluffy and hot,

Press the push-type lid firmly

Fix the flap with a click

After 1 minute, remove the lid and you're done! Even though I didn't roll it myself at all, the egg rolls were completed properly. The jagged pattern on the push-type lid looks like that!

It's a rolled egg

◆ What is the taste?

When I try it ... Yeah, it's fluffy and juicy, and it's a rolled egg! Since it is not rolled, it does not have the fluffy texture peculiar to hand-rolling and the texture that loosens loosely, but it was delicious as usual. The shape is beautiful and it is just right as a side dish for lunch.

Finished without complaint

It is very convenient because you can make omelet rolls by putting it in the microwave when the stove is not empty for other cooking. If you set the heating time properly, you don't have to keep an eye on it, so it will be much easier even on a busy morning!
