A sweet that combines pudding and a roll cake to resemble the moon. Pudding with "Egroyale" eggs is served in the center of the roll cake, and caramel sauce is under the whipped cream. It is finished with a good balance of sweetness and bitterness.

・ Anno potato mousse cake cookie & potato brulee (329 yen) * Released on September 21


Mousse cake using Anno potatoes from Tanegashima. Put potato brulee and cookies in a sweet mousse to make the taste and texture different.

・ Korokoro Sagi and the Moon (199 yen)


Tsukimi sweets that combine three types of Japanese sweets. The vanilla whipped dumpling is "white rabbit", the strawberry milk whipped dumpling is "pink rabbit", and the yellow sweet potato whipped "mochitoro" is "moon".
