This is a bar ice cream with kinako-flavored ice lolly, mochi sweets, black honey sauce, and kinako shaved ice. By putting the mochi sweets and black honey sauce vertically from the tip, it seems that it is devised so that you can enjoy the texture of mochi, the flavor of black honey sauce, and the taste of kinako ice cream together.
Domestic kinako is used for ice cream and shaved ice. The special black honey sauce uses brown sugar rich in minerals, which is inspired by the dark black honey of "Kikyou Shingen Mochi".
