Matsuya's Cheese Dak-galbi set meal
Matsuya's Dak-galbi is made by entwining ingredients such as chicken, cabbage, carrots, and onions with sweet and spicy gochujang and spice sauce. Finished with rich cheese.
The set meal is 730 yen (tax included) with rice, miso soup, and raw vegetables. Rice will be a free service for two weeks after its release.
The sweet and spicy sauce is slightly sweeter. The rich yet flavorful and not too heavy taste is irresistible with a tingling stimulus that gradually spreads. Excellent compatibility with rice.
Large chicken thighs are about 7 to 8 slices. You can feel the plump elasticity and juicy umami in your mouth.
Plenty of vegetables. You can fully enjoy the crispy texture and the umami when several kinds of vegetables come in a bundle.
Cheese is more like a solid than a sauce. A type that stretches well and has a “kyukyu” texture. Moderate saltiness and richness of milk spread.
This cheese softens the sharpness of the sweet and spicy sauce and adds depth to the taste. It produces a more addictive and luxurious taste.
