using seasonal ingredients every month, and in June, a new "Special Dinner Course" will be available, allowing diners to enjoy the traditional flavors and fine ingredients of the Shiseido Parlor. The course includes sauteed Japanese lobster and Hida beef filet en croute.

Course Description

"Special Dinner Course" features a variety of luxurious ingredients from appetizers to desserts. The details of the dishes are as follows.

Amuse】 【Appetizers】Terrine of foie gras with petit onion confit and green tea brioche 【Soup】Traditional consommé soup, corn potage soup, cold consommé and asparagus cream soup 【Fish】Sautéed Japanese lobster with Nantua sauce, fried Japanese tiger prawn Meat】Hida beef filet en croute with Madera sauce 【Rice】Pilaf cooked in a small pot 【Dessert】Mini strawberry parfait, mini chocolate parfait 【Coffee】

Other special menus

In "Chef's Recommended Course", we will serve a special dish of the "Horohoro chicken" from Iwate prefecture. The "Chef's Recommended Course" will feature confit of Iwate Prefecture's white-spotted chicken and poached scallops from Mutsu Bay. The monthly menu will also include "Beef Stew with Hida Beef and Rare Pepper".
