Taiwan Black Tea Earl Grey Oolong Tea

New Taiwan-themed products, Taiwan Black Tea and Earl Grey Oolong Tea, will be available from the Mug & Pot series. The release date is September 1. The product lineup consists of 6 packs of 2g (0.07oz) teabags, priced at 437 yen (tax included).

Oolong tea is well-known in Taiwan, but recently, Taiwanese black tea has been attracting worldwide attention due to its growing quality. The new product uses "Hongyu Hong Tea (Provincial Tea No. 18)," a representative variety of Taiwanese black tea, and has a soft and gentle aroma and taste.

Also new is "Earl Grey Oolong Tea," which combines the aroma of bergamot with Taiwanese Frozen Oolong tea. Earl Grey tea is generally associated with black tea, but by combining it with the fresh and floral tea leaves characteristic of Frozen Summit Oolong tea, it has a less astringent and bitter taste than black tea, with a clean and refreshing aftertaste that makes it easy to drink.
