"Four Sec" means in French Four = oven or kiln and Sec = dry, and refers to small baked sweets baked in an oven and eaten in one bite. Since its establishment, Ginza Cosy Corner has been carefully baking "small baked sweets (cookies).

This time, in the hope that more people will enjoy these simple cookies that they will never get tired of, the company's patissier, who is well versed in French pastries, took a fresh look at cookies and began development of these new products. The cookies were completed through a series of prototypes, with careful attention to traditional production methods, in a thorough pursuit of texture, ingredients, size, thickness, and even palatability.
