prepared bread inspired by the popular set meal "Hamburger Steak with Brown Sauce" of Matsuya

, which first appeared in the 1980s. With the changing times, the menu was expanded to include "Stew Hamburger Steak" and "Demi Tama Hamburger Steak" using a special demi-glace sauce, and the current "Hamburger Steak with Brown Sauce" was born.

The Brown Sauce Hamburger Steak uses a generous amount of brown sauce that spreads the aroma and flavor of mushrooms. The new "Fluffy Hamburger Bun" uses the "Brown Sauce" supervised by Matsuya, and the hamburger steak specially made by Yamazaki Baking Pan is wrapped in the dough and steamed, and after browning the surface, the steaming process is performed to make it moist and soft. The rich brown sauce is well mixed with the soft dough and plump hamburger steak to fully enjoy the classic Matsuya flavor.

The product will be sold at Daily Yamazaki, Yamazaki Shop, and other supermarkets and convenience stores nationwide except Hokkaido from December 1.
