Bukkake Namekoba is a refreshing cold soba that you can enjoy the smooth texture of plenty of nameko mushrooms. It is prepared in the store from raw nameko.

Obashira and Mizuna Kakiage Soba is a limited-quantity menu, and it is announced that it has "immovable popularity" kakiage. You can choose hot soba or cold soba.

A limited number of kakiage bowl sets of small pillars and mizuna. A combination of rice bowl and soba noodles with kakiage on rice. You can also choose hot soba or cold soba here.



The sales period varies depending on the store, and some stores do not handle it. There are two systems in the Yudetaro store, "Shinetsu Foods" and "Yudetaro System", and this new menu was announced by Yudetaro System. You can check which system the nearest store is from the official website of Yudetaro. You will also be instructed to check the poster at the store or the staff for details. The "Matsuyama Kitayoshida store" will be available from April 23rd.
