The premium ice cream "BRULEE" released in 2017 has been renewed. It will be released nationwide from April 20th.

"BRULEE" is made by baking the surface of ice cream using Ohayo Dairy Products' original manufacturing method, and realizes a crispy grilled texture (caramelize) like the royal road of Western confectionery "Crème Brulee". Instead of putting the crispy part baked in another process on the ice cream, you can enjoy the fragrant flavor because it is actually sprinkled with sugar and baked together with the ice cream.

The renewal point in the spring of 2021 is "Yakime". The manufacturing process of the grilled grain, which is the biggest feature of "BRULEE", has been reviewed to make it more fragrant. It has a bittersweet adult taste so that you can enjoy the combination with milk-rich ice cream even more.

Carefully selected ingredients are also used for the milk ice cream under the grill. Carefully selected dairy ingredients from Hokkaido have been carefully selected to create a rich and rich, yet refreshing aftertaste.

Furthermore, the package has been renewed. It is designed to convey the characteristics of the grilled eyes in an easy-to-understand manner.
