A Japanese craft chocolate maker that makes chocolate from cacao beans. The chocolate, which is carefully selected from high-quality cacao beans, is characterized by its rich aroma and fruity acidity, which is consistently managed from the cultivation and harvesting of cacao to fermentation and drying together with Indonesian producers. We have been exhibiting at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris every year since 2015, and have been awarded the CCC International Chocolate Show for the fourth consecutive year since 2015.
