Nexus is selling a collaboration sake "Junmai Daiginjo Baibaikin" to commemorate the start of the second season of the TV anime "Cells at Work!" And the completion of the serialization of the original comic. The content is 720 ml and the price is 6,600 yen (tax included). Scheduled to start shipping sequentially from the end of February. After late February, it will be shipped within 3 weeks of ordering.

"Junmai Daiginjo Baibakin" wants to develop new products by combining high-quality sake from Japan with content, and create opportunities to discover the appeal of content that is rarely touched through products. A product of the "Sake Connection Project" launched from this idea.

Homare Shuzo (Kitakata City, Fukushima Prefecture), which is a representative sake brewery in Fukushima Prefecture, manufactures the "Junmai Daiginjo Sake Cup", a collaboration sake of the popular work "Cells at Work!".

We use Junmai Daiginjo Sake, which is made by luxuriously polishing Yamada Nishiki from Banshu to 39%. It has a fruity scent of tropical colors such as mango and cassis, a mellow taste, and a refreshing aftertaste with a good balance of acidity and sweetness.

The original label is a sumi-e style "white blood cell (neutrophil)" with a sharply shining inscription. It is a gem that has value as an ornamental item, such as an original branded paulownia box and a headdress with the image of white blood cells (neutrophils) and red blood cells.
