Grand opening of "Tokugawa Katsukawa", a high-class bread specialty store

The luxury bread specialty store "Tokugawa Katsukawa Store" will open its grand opening on October 31st in Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture. To commemorate the grand opening, a special bread knife will be presented to the first 30 pairs on October 31st and November 1st. October 30th is the pre-opening day. Some of the products we handle are as follows.

・ "Junsei" plain
Bread that achieves ultimate softness and melt-in-the-mouth. The special wheat flour, domestic butter, and carefully selected fresh cream express the goodness and richness of the mouth, and the sweetness material blended with a well-thought-out unique formulation creates a moderate sweetness and moist feeling. 2 loaves, price is 800 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

・ "Anmaki" Ogura bean paste
A sweet and rich Ogura bean paste that is accented with the high-grade sugar "Wasanbon", which is characterized by its fine particles and good melting in the mouth. Bread with an elegant taste like. You can enjoy it not only freshly baked but also a little cold. 1 loaf, 800 yen (anmaki is 1 loaf size).

・ "Fruit feast"
A rare sun muscat raisin with plenty of Australian fruits trapped in a rich dough. The soft dough that melts in your mouth and the fresh and sour sun muscat raisins go great together. It costs 980 yen for 2 loaves.
