Cat-shaped bakery & sweets "Kyoto Nekoneko" Aichi Prefecture

The cat cat brand "Kyoto Neko Neko" will be on sale in Nagoya from August 25th.

"Kyoto Nekoneko" is a cat-shaped bakery and sweets specialty store. As well as souvenirs and gifts, we are developing products that are perfect for everyday dining and various scenes.

The logo is based on the image of the "en" that connects the ties, the Japanese "Japanese" that is typical of Kyoto, and the "ring" and "family crest" of people, and one cat bows inside. Actually, this cat is bowing at an angle of 22 degrees. The double round circle not only resembles a plate, but also represents the "edge of the cat".

"Kyoto Neko Neko Bread" uses Danish pastry with plenty of fermented butter from France. Since the dough woven in the shape of a honey is put in a mold and baked, the moisture of the dough does not escape and the texture is moist. Furthermore, it is sprinkled with grain to give it a delicious crispy texture to the ears.

"Neko Neko Bread" is 100% domestic soybeans. Raw bread using soy milk made at a tofu shop in Kyoto. While maintaining the water-free manufacturing method that is characteristic of Neko Neko bread, we have added soy milk that uses domestic soybeans as well as milk to create a mellow, rich, moist and moist mouthfeel. Use soy cream instead of mascarpone cheese and soy milk cream butter instead of butter for a more Kyoto-like "Japanese" taste.

In addition, a new cute cat-shaped "Neko Neko Butter Cookie" is also on sale. The soft and gentle plain-flavored cookies are recommended not only for home use but also as gifts.
