Famima Cafe's flagship product, "Blend Coffee," has been renewed as "sweet roasted" coffee jointly developed by FamilyMart and the world's number one barista. It will be on sale at FamilyMart stores on October 20th, along with the specialty coffee "Luxury Mocha Blend" (not available at some stores in Okinawa, Miyazaki, and Kagoshima prefectures).

In collaboration with Mr. Satoshi Kasuya, who was the first Asian to win the world championship at WORLD BREWERS CUP 2016, the bean composition and roasting method were reviewed and renewed from the beginning. As a result of developing the concept of "really delicious black coffee is sweet", we have arrived at "sweet roasting" that brings out the original sweetness of coffee.


"Sweet roasting" is a roasting method that emphasizes the original sweetness of beans by thoroughly controlling the temperature and time and controlling the chemical reaction. Coffee beans are the seeds of fruits called "coffee cherries" and are characterized by the sweetness derived from the fruits. "Sweet roasting" was adopted to bring out the sweetness to the front.

"Blend coffee" has more than 1.5 times more deep roasted beans than before. It is characterized by the original sweetness and richness of coffee beans drawn by roasting sweetness, and you can drink deliciously until the last drop. The price is 93 yen (excluding tax).


"High-class mocha blend" uses 100% of rare specialty grade coffee beans. You can enjoy the mellow aroma and fruity taste that is carefully extracted with a special setting by luxuriously blending the highest grade beans cultivated in the Irgachefe region of Ethiopia. The price is 112 yen (excluding tax).


With the release, we have adopted a "fragrant wide-mouthed lid" so that you can enjoy the scent of coffee more than ever. You can also enjoy the "fluffy foam" of the milk menu such as "cafe latte".
