I tried the treasure confectionery "Yokohama Butter Sandwich" (198 yen including tax) sold in KALDI. It is a product of the same series as the "Yokohama Romantic Sketch " introduced the other day.


"Yokohama Butter Sandwich" is a sweet made by sandwiching butter cream on a refreshingly baked biscuit. Similar to "Yokohama Roman Sketch", the scene of Yokohama is printed on the biscuits on both sides. All 19 types of patterns are randomly included.



"Yokohama Roman Sketch" had sugar on the biscuits, but "Yokohama Butter Sand" was not attached and it was a smooth dough. The crispy texture of biscuits, the smooth richness of cream, and the rich aroma of butter create a rich harmony. The crisp salt is a nice accent. The sweetness is so good that you can eat many of them.


Besides the deliciousness, the fun thing is to imagine where the printed pattern is. Is this around Bashamichi?
