KALDI "Moheji from Hokkaido Yakisan Mameshi"

A new product "Moheji Hokkaido to Yakisan Mameshi" (429 yen including tax) is now available on KALDI. It is not "Ikameshi" but "Sanmameshi". I bought it and tried it, but it was amazingly delicious, so I definitely recommend it to everyone's autumn table!

"Moheji Hokkaido Kara-yaki Sanmameshi" is made by filling the belly (the part of the body below the head) of Hokkaido-produced saury soaked in ikameshi sauce with Hokkaido-produced rice (glutinous rice / glutinous rice) and ginger. Baked one. You can eat the whole bone. No chemical seasoning is used.
