Freshly baked cheese tart specialty store Pablo will release a new product, "Pablo Smoothie Drinking Mont Blanc," at some of its stores on September 1.

Pablo Smoothie Drinking Mont Blanc is a cheese drink with the rich aroma of bittersweet bitter chocolate and the delicate taste of Mont Blanc. The base is a smoothie with Italian marron, cream cheese, and chocolate chips. It is topped with whipped cream with cream cheese, which is made fluffy by the espuma method, and marron cream squeezed into a Mont Blanc shape. The smoothie is served in a cup with a line drawn inside with bitter chocolate sauce.


Priced at 602 yen excluding tax, 650 yen including tax, and available until November 30.
